These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Baby Rules Co. website at babyrules.co.uk and any purchases you make from us. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

General conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Your content (excluding payment information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Payment information is always encrypted during transfer.

Products and pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable
We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice
We make every effort to display product colours accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be exact
We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any products we offer
Product descriptions and imagery are for illustrative purposes — minor variations between the image and the physical product may occur due to the nature of manufacturing

Orders and payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund
Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments. We accept major credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna

Shipping

Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for delivery timescales and costs. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once your order has been dispatched.

Returns and refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, email hello@babyrules.co.uk with your order number. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including designs, product slogans, logos, illustrations, photography, and copy — is the intellectual property of Baby Rules Co. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

Baby Rules Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
